DROP BAGS
Runners may choose not to have drop bags or may choose some locations and not others. The locations for drop bags can be seen in the tables above for aid stations. If an aid station is not designated for drop bags, we will not deliver drop bags to that location.
If you choose to use drop bags, we will do our best to care for your bag and get it to each location. However, drop bags may be lost, mishandled, or not make it to your specified location. Although rare, vehicles may break down delaying delivery or bags can disappear.
Please do not leave valuables or breakable items in drop bags. If you choose to pack valuable or fragile items, you do so at your own risk.

Only one drop bag is allowed per runner per aid station location. If the same aid station is used twice (out and back) on the course, then the same drop bag will remain at the aid station to be used later.

Size Limits
• Maximum Size – Drop bags should be no larger than 12 inches by 20 inches by 12 inches. Drop bags larger than these dimensions will not be transported.
• We will not accept coolers, plastic bins or containers with lids
• Construction – Please use a bag that can close, is sturdy and is waterproof.
• Bag Retrieval Alarm – We suggest that you put an alarm on your phone to remind you to pick up drop bags after the run as we will not mail drop bags

Labelling Drop Bags
All drop bags must be labelled clearly in bold lettering with the following identification:
• Runner's full name
• Bib number
• Aid station name(s) and number(s)

Drop Bag Collection
All drop bags will be returned by the race organizers from the aid stations to the Finish Line, upon each aid station closing. Later aid stations may not return to the finish line until Sunday.

We require all crews to collect their drop bag from the aid station when their runner leaves that aid station for the last time.

Unclaimed Drop Bags
• We will not mail drop bags after the event
• If you drop out of the run, or run fast and depart early, you may need to drive yourself to the aid stations to personally retrieve your bags
• Any unclaimed drop bags left at the finish line will either be donated to charity or disposed of.

Notice
The organizers are not responsible for:
• Your drop bag before, during or after the race
• Its contents
• Any damage, misplacement or loss.
