This session will provide invaluable advice on the important topics of your food and hydration for the week.
Taking the wrong food (poor calorie per g ratio, inedible, difficult to digest, too much of the same) or too much food (pack too heavy) are the most common reasons for DNF’s.
Receive guidance on water intake and electrolytes in the desert.
We will be joined by our panel of experts G2G Race Commissioner Garth Reader and desert stage race coach Rory Coleman.
Mental strength - Distance running is 90% mental and the rest is in your head
Transformational coach Tom Woodland will discuss the science of human potential and how the mental strength, resilience and energy required to complete G2G are already built into human nature but get obscured by a few simple but fundamental and widespread misunderstandings that plague our modern world.
Tom will also explore the science behind the transformational impact that G2G has on participants, as it proves to be the catalyst for huge positive change and inspires them to higher levels of performance and fulfilment in life and business.
